Build & project work — fixed fee per scope
For a website build, an offline-AI setup, or an Excel automation, you get a single fixed quote for the whole job after we scope it. Fixed-fee keeps the incentive on solving your problem, not running up hours. The price scales with the work, not the clock.
Advisory & open-ended — hourly
When the scope is genuinely uncertain or you just want an engineer’s eye on a problem, hourly works better. The rate varies by task and is agreed up front — no surprise invoices.
Hybrid — the common path
Most engagements are a mix: a fixed evaluation, a fixed build quote, and hourly for discovery or changes along the way. We shape it to the work, not to a package.
