Pricing

Pricing built for small business

Custom consulting, design, and automation shaped to how your business actually runs — priced to fit the job, not the clock. Start with a $99 website evaluation or go straight to a scoped quote; either way you know the cost before we begin.

Website evaluation

Know exactly where your site stands and what to fix first. You get a focused, thorough, industry-specific report — not a canned or generic template — with a prioritized plan you can act on whether or not you hire us for the work. AI assists with the research, but an engineer reviews, edits, and prioritizes every finding so you can move forward with confidence.

Website evaluation

$99 one-time

We assess your site against your real goals and hand you a concrete, prioritized report. The same dimensions a full audit covers:

  • User effectiveness — clarity, navigation, mobile, friction, accessibility.
  • Functionality & technical health — broken links, performance, forms, security headers.
  • SEO — on-page tags, indexability, content depth, local presence.
  • AI search effectiveness — whether AI answer engines can find and cite you, and how to fix it.
  • Overall assessment — what’s working, what’s leaking value, and what’s missing.
  • Opportunities & missed opportunities — ranked by leverage for your business.

The $99 is credited in full toward any follow-on website work you do with BatQuest — so the evaluation is free if you proceed.

Customer-focused pricing

The work is priced to fit the job, not the clock — and the approach is chosen with you, not for you. The rate varies by task and is agreed up front, so you always know what you’re paying for and why.

  1. Build & project work — fixed fee per scope

For a website build, an offline-AI setup, or an Excel automation, you get a single fixed quote for the whole job after we scope it. Fixed-fee keeps the incentive on solving your problem, not running up hours. The price scales with the work, not the clock.

  2. Advisory & open-ended — hourly

When the scope is genuinely uncertain or you just want an engineer’s eye on a problem, hourly works better. The rate varies by task and is agreed up front — no surprise invoices.

  3. Hybrid — the common path

Most engagements are a mix: a fixed evaluation, a fixed build quote, and hourly for discovery or changes along the way. We shape it to the work, not to a package.

How to move forward in 4 steps

Getting started is quick and low-pressure. Here’s the whole path from first message to work underway.

  1. Identify your need

Tell us what you’re trying to solve — a site that isn’t pulling its weight, a manual process eating hours, or a decision that needs better analysis. A quick call or message is all it takes to start.

  2. Choose the pay approach

Together we pick what fits the work — a fixed fee for a defined scope, hourly for open-ended advisory, or a hybrid of the two. Most engagements land on the hybrid path.

  3. Get a quote or scope of work

You receive a fixed quote or a written scope with the cost spelled out, before any work starts. Nothing begins until you say go.

  4. Start

We get to work. You see progress against the scope, and the price doesn’t move unless the scope does — and only with your sign-off.
